  Return your items for free using Local Collect or get reimbursed for postage costs if you send via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post.

  Yes, you can return an unwanted item for a refund as long as it is unopened and in original condition. You’ll need to return the order within 60 days of purchase, and it’s free to do so using Royal Mail. Just follow the link online to start the process.

  Can I get student discount at Fragrance Direct?

  Students deserve to smell and feel great too, so Fragrance Direct offers a pretty sweet 10% off orders. Just verify your student status on their website!

  Do I need an account to order from Fragrance Direct?

  No, you don’t need an account to order from Fragrance Direct. If you’d prefer, you can use the guest checkout option. You’ll be asked to input an email address for tracking and order information only and won’t be signed up to the mailing list. By signing up for an account, you will get access to the latest offers and deals first though, and can access extra savings.
   

• Payment

  Can I spread the cost of my Fragrance Direct order?

  Yes, you can spread the cost of your Fragrance Direct order by selecting the Clearpay payment option at checkout. You’ll need to register with Clearpay and provide payment details. After this, the cost of your order will be taken out in four fortnightly instalments. It's worth knowing that Clearpay lets you make additional payments in between those scheduled too and the balance owed will then be recalculated.
